Welcome to Wagglor, a mobile application designed to connect pet owners for the purpose of pet mating and adoption. By using Wagglor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wagglor, you agree to be bound by these terms, which may be updated from time to time without notice. Your continued use of Wagglor after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of Wagglor, you must register for an account using your email and password, or through third-party sign-in services such as Google, Apple, or mobile phone authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account, including your name and profile picture.

3. User Content

You may upload pictures of pets to your profile from your gallery or camera. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and its accuracy. We do not inspect or verify pets’ information posted on the app.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

wagglor collects device information, such as device type and operating system, to enhance user experience. We use Google Analytics and crash reporting tools. We may also show ads via AdMob. By using Wagglor, you consent to such data collection.

5. Premium Services and Payments

Users may subscribe to a premium account with in-app purchases. All transactions are processed through the app store and are subject to their terms and conditions, and can cancel the subscription at anytime.

6. Account Deletion

You have the option to delete your account permanently. Upon deletion, all associated data will be removed from our servers.

7. Communications

Wagglor may send emails to announce new features or respond to feedback. Users can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

8. Push Notifications

Users can opt-in to receive push notifications. You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings.

9. Age Restriction

Wagglor is intended for users aged 13 and above.

10. User Interactions

Wagglor allows users to post mating or adoption listings for their pets and to send and receive requests for these services. We do not facilitate payments for services offered in listings and are not responsible for the outcomes of any agreements made between users.

All users must comply with their local laws regarding pet breeding and adoption. Specifically, in the UAE. Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on Wagglor comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wagglor is not responsible for any transactions or interactions between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of users’ content or the quality of pets listed.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Wagglor after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
